provides services in six different areas: Actuarial & Business Consulting; Freelance Writing & Editing; Marketing; Organizational Development (OD) and Coaching; Whatever It Takes Workshops (WIT); and Conference, Meeting & Incentive Programs and Planning. As described in its newsletter, "Where in the World," all six are inter-related to prescribe effective business and personal outcomes. The firm’s motto, "We Make it Happen," is consistently applied as its attitude toward all business activities. When working with a client, the motto is converted to "Together We Make It Happen."

This privately owned corporation was initially formed in Connecticut in 1990, moved to the Carolinas in 1991, and Arizona in 2006.
